Clients have the choice between 50-minute sessions or 75-minute sessions.

Flora Counselling Therapy offers Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) as a specialized trauma-focused intervention. (ART) is a brief, structured form of psychotherapy that helps reduce distress tied to difficult experiences or memories. Using guided eye movements and visualization techniques, ART helps your brain reprocess troubling images, sensations, and emotions so they no longer cause the same level of distress.

(~75-Minute) Initial Assessment Session, $190/session
(~50-Minute) Counselling Therapy Session, $175/session
(~90 minute) Group Therapy Session, $75/session
(~90-Minute) Specialized Trauma Treatment Session, $210/session
Counselling Therapy is a tax-free service, covered by many insurance companies. If you would like to use insurance, please check with your provider(s) about your specific plan’s coverage. Payment can be made via Credit Card. Flora Counselling Therapy provides detailed receipts for reimbursement after each session.
